Accessibility Statement
Last updated: 2026-05-14
International Driving Authority ("IDA," "we," "us"), a brand operated by PATHWAY TRAVEL PTE. LTD. (UEN 202401009W, a Singapore private company limited by shares wholly owned by International Automobile Authority LLC), is committed to making internationaldrivingauthority.com and the services we provide accessible to people with disabilities.
1. Our accessibility commitment
- Target standard. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
- Applicable legal frameworks considered. Our accessibility work is informed by:
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title III as applied to commercial websites;
- Section 508 of the US Rehabilitation Act and its harmonized standards;
- Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act), effective for consumer-facing e-commerce from 28 June 2025;
- The UK Equality Act 2010;
- The Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA);
- The California Unruh Civil Rights Act, to the extent it incorporates Americans with Disabilities Act obligations.
2. Status and last review
- Status: work in progress during initial launch. We are actively improving the site's conformance to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
- Review date: 2026-04-20.
3. Known limitations
During this initial launch, certain areas may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Known limitations include:
- Some third-party embedded widgets (payment iframes hosted by Airwallex, live-chat hosted by Intercom) inherit the accessibility of their providers and are updated as the providers improve.
- Not all PDF outputs (including the digital IDA-DLT PDF) are yet optimized for screen readers; we are working on an accessible PDF version.
- Image alt text and form-field labels are being audited and improved on a rolling basis.
- Color-contrast and keyboard-navigation audits are being completed.
If you encounter an accessibility issue not listed above, please contact us at hello@internationaldrivingauthority.com. We aim to acknowledge every accessibility complaint within five (5) business days and to resolve or provide a workaround as quickly as reasonably possible.
4. Assistive-technology compatibility
We aim to support current versions of mainstream assistive technologies, including:
- Screen readers (NVDA, JAWS on Windows; VoiceOver on macOS and iOS; TalkBack on Android);
- Browser zoom and text resizing up to 200 percent;
- Keyboard-only navigation;
- Speech-recognition input.
5. Feedback mechanism
- Please send accessibility feedback, requests for alternative formats, or complaints to hello@internationaldrivingauthority.com.
- We will confirm receipt and, where feasible, provide information, services, or accommodations in an accessible alternative format on request.
- We are committed to continuous improvement and welcome user feedback.
6. Future work
We are performing rolling accessibility audits and will update this Statement as improvements are made. We commit to a minimum of one full accessibility review per year.
