Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover — processed via Airwallex.
• Digital wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay — via Airwallex.
• Regional methods: PIX (Brazil), iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium) — via Airwallex.

2. What we do not accept

• PayPal (standalone) is not currently accepted.

3. Processing and security

1. Airwallex is our sole payment processor. Card data is tokenised by Airwallex under PCI DSS Level 1 and processed under Airwallex Pte Ltd MAS Major Payment Institution licence; International Driving Authority does not store your card number.
2. Airwallex Scout performs fraud scoring on every transaction. High-risk authorisations trigger a 3D Secure 2 (3DS2) step-up.
3. Sanctions screening (OFAC) is performed at the payment layer.

4. Billing descriptor and currency

1. Your cardholder statement will show the descriptor internationaldrivingauthority.
2. Prices are listed in USD. Airwallex auto-converts to your card's local currency at checkout.

5. Failed payments and retries

1. Failed authorisations can be retried immediately at checkout.
2. If your bank declines a payment repeatedly, contact your issuer first; Airwallex cannot override an issuer decline.

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Airwallex. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for timing details and the Rejection and Replacement Guarantees. The IDA Driver's License Translation (IDA-DLT) product refund terms are governed by that policy.
